Quality Poilcy

RCEW team is committed to ‘achievement of quality’ as an integral part of our institutional policy by continuous self-evaluation and striving to improve ourselves.:

  • The emphasis is on the innovative teaching, continuous monitoring, evaluation through tutorials, laboratory classes and participation in co-curriculum activities.
  • To generate social consciousness among the upcoming technocrats / managers to meet the challenges of society and the world at large by accelerating ethics and value education.

 

Quality policy is promulgated by taking many measures, including the following:-

  • At all important locations in the premises of institute comprising of offices, Libraries, hostels, student mess, canteen, guest house, institution gate it is propagated.
  • At the beginning of ceremonial functions and various seminars it is conveyed.
  • In order to achieve the quality of staff in whatever they do, it is explained to them in Hindi also.

 

Quality policy is formulated by taking following measures:-

  • Students get admission strictly on the norms of RPET and AIEEE counseling in fact in management quota also students accomplishing 60% or more marks in the qualifying examinations get admission.
  •  Faculty development is much emphasized and is a regular feature of institute at minimum two faculty programs are pursued every year.
  • Appreciation and endurance of faculty’s performance is done on regular basis.
  • Student’s discipline and attendance are emphasized a lot.
  • Updating of departments in terms of laboratories and classroom facilities are constantly held.
  • Feedback is provided to junior faculty members on their teaching patterns so they improve regularly.
  • Quality in teaching learning process is propagated by well developed interfacing with industry.
  • Feedback is taken from concerned users for reviewing the working of different service sections like offices, learning resource centre, TPO cell, student hostels, students mess, canteen, security services, shops on the campus etc. for taking appropriate measures.
